Herbal Care Rx is a Pennsylvania-based company that was founded in early 2018 as the first dispensaries opened in PA.
Our goal is to provide an efficient, affordable and stress-free Pennsylvania medical marijuana card certification process.
We have been setting the standard for low cost, compassionate certifications across the entire state of Pennsylvania since our inception by providing the highest quality services with the lowest prices in the state. All of our certifications are for a full year and all of our certifications are done over the phone so the process is extremely convenient.
