Booking an Appointment

In order to be certified for your card, All patients must be REGISTERED with the Pennsylvania Department of Health. It’s recommended to do this before your visit, but if you are having difficulty with this step, our patient advocate team is available to help guide you through this process.

Our appointments are currently telephone-based only due to Coronavirus social distancing guidelines. 

All patients must have a valid state-issued PA photo ID in order to register with the Department of Health. Please see Qualifying Conditions for a list of medical conditions approved for medicinal cannabis use.

Our telephone appointments are charged as follows:

- $125 New Patient Initial appointment

- $75 New Patient Initial appointment: SSI/Vet

- $75 MMJ Card Renewal, Existing Patient
