When you complete our forms, your data is stored on secured servers specifically for the purposes of handling sensitive information and PHI (Protected Health Information). We do not buy or sell any patient data and maintain strict standards of data handling in accordance with HIPAA. We have a legal duty to protect the privacy of your health information, and the electronic services we use 

You are entitled to ask for a copy of any records we may have related to your appointments with us. Please send us an email at support@herbalcarerx.com with Record Request in the subject line to begin the process.
